Fix bottom & srf attach nodes on pylon to make it more stable and prevent explosions on physics start. Improved search tags and descriptions in parts. Increase static attach strength on pylon to prevent joint breakage. Increase hooks break strength with respect to Unity 5 physics change. Migrate parts to the new enum in KISItem (see KIS 1.2.8 release notes).
